There is beauty in diversity, and these alcohol markers help crafters, card makers and artists use more skin tone shades in our artwork! In future posts, I’ll share how I use these 10 new shades in ways other than coloring skin tones.
The Natural Tones Blends alcohol markers were introduced as a part of the “All Together” product suite which shares the idea of support, unity and togetherness. If you want to join our Instagram Hops either as a project participant or supporter, please register for updates at bit.ly/PCUAR .
I used some internet images of hands as reference when I colored, to get some ideas for shading and features to make the hands look realistic. You can see from the white designer series paper, there wasn’t a lot of dimension; which is great because then you can add as little or as much detail as you want.
For now, I wanted to share a couple color guides showing the combinations of shades I used, as well as how a few of the existing Stampin’ Up colors compliment the new 10 shades of alcohol markers.
Here is the new “All Together” product suite. The stamps, dies, and designer series paper are only available for a limited time. The alcohol markers will be available in the annual catalog moving forward!
I will share a 20% discount with anyone who purchases any item from this new product suite before 2/28/22! Email me for details! handcraftedbc@icloud.com.
